All Legal Staff, Inc. (ALS) is a full-service temporary and permanent placement agency, which started in 2001 providing the Bay area with qualified legal staff.

Legal recruiting is a personal service business.  Unlike most recruiters, we do not have sales quotas or restrictions.   We also limit our recruiting to law firms and law departments. 

We offer both the firms and candidates with whom we work with highly personalized and honest services.  

All recruiters of ALS have worked in law firms.  We know from our experience what is expected of candidates. 

ALS operates out of two locations in Tampa and St. Petersburg.
